چکیده

The use of the classical (SMC) applied to control stator’s powers DFIG, gives problem chattering, therefore avoid this phenomenon a robust algorithm (STSMC) is applied. This paper presents comparison conventional SMC with proposed strategy STSMC algorithm. The results are obtained using MATLAB and demonstrate stability robustness algorithm.

NLTE wind models for SMC stars

We study stellar wind properties of selected late O stars in the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC). We calculate NLTE line-driven wind models for these stars and compare predicted wind parameters with observed values. We found satisfactory agreement between theoretical and observed terminal velocities. On the other hand, predicted and observed mass-loss rates are in a good agreement only for higher ...

Effect of Wind Speed and Load Correlation on ELCC of Wind Turbine Generator

Utilization of wind turbines as economic and green production units, poses new challenges to the power system planners, mainly due to the stochastic nature of the wind, adding a new source of uncertainty to the power system. Different types of distribution and correlation between this random variable and the system load makes conventional method inappropriate for modeling such a correlation. In...

Puzzling wind properties of young massive stars in SMC-N81

We present a quantitative study of massive stars in the High Excitation Blob N81, a compact star forming region in the SMC. The stellar content was resolved by HST and STIS was used to obtain medium resolution spectra. The qualitative analysis of the stellar properties presented in Heydari-Malayeri et al. (2002a) is extended using non-LTE spherically extended atmosphere models including line-bl...
